WHAT YOUR TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

	Rs 5000 cost of deviation, in case you want to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure
	Cost of single entry USA Visa
	Any baggage handling fee levied by the airlines in the USA
	Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, mini-bar, telephone calls, pay television etc.
	The rate difference for the sector tickets as the same is included taking the current fare levels and the current rates of exchange. The fares for sector tickets will be updated by the airline on 1st April 2010
	Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. Prices quoted are 1 USD = INR 49. The tour price is subject to change without any notice if the rates change substantially prior to departure
	Tips of any nature, i.e., drivers, guides, tour managers, etc.

OVERSEAS MEDICAL INSURANCE

It is extremely important to possess an overseas medical insurance policy before you travel on your tour. Keeping your convenience in mind, we have included the cost of overseas medical insurance. For any passengers above 60 years of age, and those who wish to extend their holiday, additional charges would apply.

IMPORTANT

All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 20 full paying passengers traveling together. Incase there are less than 20 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on any another departure date

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE

	The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as of 1st December 2009. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in fuel price, change in government regulations, ticket taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passenger. Vacations Exotica will not be held responsible for the same.
	Prices quoted are based as per the rate of exchange of 1 USD = INR 49. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to the departure.
	Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passenger. Vacations Exotica will not be liable for the same
	The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services.
	We reserve the right to amend, vary, alter, or withdraw any particular departure; excursions advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class, if deemed necessary.
	It is advisable to book 35 days prior to the date of departure as the internal ticket rate might increase closer to the departure date, resulting in an increase in the tour cost.
	A date change fee of USD 75 is applicable for passengers who change their dates of travel once confirmed and the tickets for the same have been issued.
	For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all services will remain the same.
	We reserve the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed to the passenger before the departure.
	There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc., not utilized on the tour.
	Due to Trade Fairs and Conventions in any city, it is possible that the hotel accommodation provided would be outside the city. The same will be informed in advance
	Passengers can board the tour from the hub city mentioned. Those boarding from any other city can do so, however all expenses to/from the hub city is to be borne by the passenger.
	We shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown, terrorist attacks or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement (management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in the train, flight, bus, ship, or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passenger).
	Tours are operated subject to RBI/GOI regulations. Part of the tour cost will be paid in USD out of your BTQ.
