Named after the British Surveyor, William Cameron who discovered the place in 1855, the tea cultivated is among one of the best in the Country. Those who wish to do some activities, can trek in the forest to the waterfall, enjoy drinking tea in quaint English style tea houses or take a 4 wheel drive to the top of the mountain for a breathtaking view of the hills. ITINERARY - DISCOVER MALAYSIA

  • Day 1 : Arrival

Today, embark on your exciting tour to Malaysia as you board your flight to Kuala Lumpur. On arrival, meet with our local representative and transfer to your hotel.  The rest of the day is at leisure for you to explore this vibrant city on your own. Indulge in shopping at the many malls.

  • Day 2 : Kuala Lumpur City Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a city tour of Kuala Lumpur. View a fine range of intricate Malaysian handicrafts Karyaneka. Pass through the busy center of going by Golden Triangle area cruise along Independent Square before driving through Chinatown. Drive up to the entrance of the King Palace's and the river confluence at Masjid Jamek, the birthplace of Kuala Lumpur. Visit the National Monument dedicated to fallen heroes before stopping the Museum for an insight of the Country as a whole. You will see fine Moorish Architecture from the 19th Century in Sultan Abdul Samad Building and the Railway Station. Catch a glimpse of the National Mosque.

**If National Monument is still under renovation; stop will be diverted to Thean Hou Temple.

  • Day 3 : Cameron Highlands

Depart by 0830 hrs for Cameron Highlands which is located 1542 meters above sea level. Famed for its tea plantations and cool temperatures. On the way, we will stop at Batu Caves, (except during Thaipusam in January), the sacred cave temple for the Hindus, a cottage industry of basket weaving, visit a native settlement and Lata Iskandar Waterfall.  Enjoy afternoon tea at the Hotel.  At leisure on arrival (between 1600 and 1700 hrs).

  • Day 4 : Cameron Highlands – full day discovery tour – without lunch

After Breakfast at hotel proceed for the full day discovery tour. This fascinating tour will cover most of the highlights of the highlands. We will begin by cruising through the “green carpet” of BOH plantation – the pioneer of tea growers in Malaysia. Founded in 1929 by John Archibald Russell, a Scottish, this vast estate is still owned and managed by the family till today. After the guided tour to the factory, we will sample various type of tea in the beautiful landscaped tea house. After the refreshing tea break, our next visit will be the flower and vegetable farming. From the farm we will proceed to visit the villages of our highlands natives – the Semais. Explore the forests of the highlands. This short trek will lead us to the small waterfall. The return journey will take us to a day market where most of the local produce can be found.

  • Day 5 : Depart from Cameron Highlands

After Breakfast at hotel proceed for the full day discovery tour. This fascinating tour will cover most of the highlights of the highlands.
