02: Onto St. Moritz– a perfect combination of nature, sport, cosmopolitan culture & harmony throughout the year!
After breakfast today you proceed to St. Moritz by train. On arrival check into your hotel and relax. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and explore this beautiful town on your own. You have a wide range of activities to choose from: Visit the Swiss National Park, or visit the Hauser’s School of Chocolate, or Morteratsch Alpine Cheese Dairy and much more.

03: Onto Lugano OR Explore St. Moritz on your own.
This morning after breakfast, proceed by train for a day trip to Lugano. Lugano, the largest town in the holiday region of Ticino, is not only Switzerland's third most important financial centre, but also a town of parks and flowers, villas and sacred buildings. With Mediterranean flair, Lugano offers all the advantages of a world-class city, combined with the cachet of a small town. You could also visit the Swiss Miniatur park and marvel at the whole of Swtizerland in miniature. Return back to St. Moritz by train.

04: Ride the Glacier Express to Zermatt - Switzerland’s most scenic train journey.
After breakfast, board the Glacier Express to Zermatt.
Billed as Europe's slowest express, its a narrow-gauge train which takes 7½ hours to cover just over 290 km (180 miles), at an average of around 24 mph. But you won't mind, as spectacular Swiss mountain scenery unfolds outside the train's massive panoramic sightseeing windows while you eat lunch accompanied by crisp Swiss white wine (their Johannisberg white wine is particularly good). Arrive Zermatt a beautiful car free resort. On arrival check into your hotel and relax in this amazing town.

05: Excursion to Gronergrat to discover the dazzling beauty of the Alps.
After breakfast proceed on one of the ‘must see’ excursions – Gronergrat. Surrounded by 29 peaks rising to above 4000 m and by Switzerland’s greatest mountain – The Matterhorn and second longest glacier in the Alps, it offers a spectacular mountain panorama second to none.
The train crosses impressive bridges, galleries and tunnels. In the midst of idyllic forests and alpine meadows, past rocky gorges and tarns. Accompanied by the majestic mountains, first and foremost by the Matterhorn.

06: Proceed to Interlaken – a beautiful city nestled between two lakes.
This morning after breakfast, board your train and proceed to Interlaken. Arrive in this scenic city and check into your hotel and relax. The day is free for you to explore this beautiful town where many famous Bollywood movies are pictured.

07: Excursion to Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe !
This morning after breakfast, proceed to Jungfraujoch. This unique round-trip by modern cogwheel railway first takes you to Kleine Scheidegg, altitude 2061 metres, at the foot of the notorious Eiger North Wall.
From here the Jungfrau Railway climbs to the Eigergletscher station, well known for its mountain restaurant and polar dog kennels.
The trip continues through the Eiger tunnel, to the Eigerwand and Eismeer stations, with a five minute halt at each station. Enjoy some spectacular sightseeing through large observation windows, hewn from solid Alpine rock.
And then the arrival on the Jungfraujoch, in the heart of a glorious glacier world on the very roof of Europe! Superb views extend as far as the summits of the Vosges Mountains in France and the Black Forest in Germany. The Great Aletsch Glacier, at 22 km the longest ice-stream in the Alps, begins directly on the Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe.
After a day of fun return back to your hotel.

08: Onto Lucerne
This morning after breakfast, check out and transfer by train to Lucerne. On arrival check into your hotel. Later explore this beautiful city on your own. You could also shop for the famous Swiss watches, knives and chocolates here.

09: Excursion to Mt. Titlis – Ride the worlds first revolving cable car.
This morning after breakfast, board your train to Engelberg to visit Mt. Titlis - A paradise at 10,000 feet, it offers a snow and ice experience on the highest viewpoint in Central Switzerland.
One of the most exciting attractions on Mt. Titlis is the revolving cable car. Three different cable cars take visitors into eternal snow and ice on the mountain summit. The final cable car to the peak is the Rotair. During the journey, the floor of the cable car rotates once around its own axis. At 3020 meters above sea level the air is the purest and at this altitude people can see as far as the Black Forest in Germany. Return back to Lucerne.

10: Farewell
This morning after breakfast, board your train to Zurich airport to board your return flight back home. Return home with wonderful memories of your Swiss tour with Vacations Exotica.
