WHAT YOUR TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

Cost of airfare / visas / ticket taxes and medical insurance
Any expenses of personal nature such as porterage, laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels etc.
Tips of any nature i.e. drivers, guides, tour managers etc
Meals other than what is mentioned in your itinerary
Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in ‘What your tour price includes’

NOTE:

All arrangements made by VACATIONS EXOTICA are in the capacity of an agent only. VACATIONS EXOTICA will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature. All passengers must be covered by suitable travel/health insurance prior to departure from the country of origin.
This proposal supercedes all the proposals given till date.
We are holding no bookings as of now. We will request for all services once the booking has been finalized with VACATIONS EXOTICA.
No bookings for Airline and Hotel are made for the booking as of now. The same will be requested upon confirmation from your end.
The rate of exchange is subject to change with or without prior notice due to frequent fluctuations in the rate of exchange and airfare.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our booking procedures would be as follows:-
As soon as you decide to confirm your holiday booking with Vacations Exotica, we would request you to please send us an initial non-refundable, interest free deposit amount of Rs. 10,000/- per person.
All cheques / demand drafts to be drawn in favour of Vacations Exotica
On payment of this deposit amount, we shall start processing your booking
Balance payments need to be made 15 days prior to your departure date.
In case you decide to travel closer to the departure date or payment is made 10 days prior to your departure then the same will have to be paid in cash / bank draft.
We shall try our best to confirm the same hotel / airline that we have based our quotation upon. However the same would be subject to availability at the time of confirming your booking. We shall however ensure that we confirm a hotel of similar category.
We shall deliver your final tour documents viz. air tickets, tour itinerary, briefing sheet, medical insurance on receipt of full and final payment of the tour cost.

POINTS TO BE NOTED

Passengers will have to travel to/from the hub city at their own expense.
Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Vacations Exotica will not be liable for the same.
The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will remain the same.
Vacations Exotica will not be liable for any loss of baggage by the Airline.
Tours operated are subject to RBI/GOI regulations.
Part of the tour cost will be paid in USD. The same will be out of your BTQ.
In case the payment is made in Indian Rupees, the USD component will be calculated at the prevailing rate of exchange on the day of payment.
